A short profile of the teacher

 

 Swami Anand Vismay is a certified teacher from the international sivananda yoga vedanta center,neyyar dam and the osho international meditation resort,pune.he has been teaching  hathayoga from the past 4 years and meditation from the past 8 years.

According to him" the perfect teacher is one who knows this: that he does not know. unless he has become established in the way-that means he has attained to love and to watchfulness-unless he has come to that clarity of consciousness which makes one a Buddha, he should not teach. as Buddha says

first establish yourself in the way

then teach

and so defeat sorrow
